You may return any item purchased from UHealthGlobal.com for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase. Refunds for unopened items will be issued via your original form of payment with no exception.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Uhealthglobal.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Send your purchase and receipt to our Distribution Department. for returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and returned items must be received for the return within the 30 day period.

Please send the order back with a shipper that can provide a tracking number. This will aid in the proof of delivery.
Once the order has been received by our Shipping Department, we will process your refund within 20 business days. Your refund will be for 100% of the returned product, less the shipping charge.
